Jacks Turner wedding and engagement rings and silver collections can be made in different carats, coloured golds, and platinum.
Please take a moment to read through the ordering guide below. It could help answer some of those important questions you might have before you order your jewellery.

Finishes
I finish my jewellery designs with a matt satin finish. However if you prefer you could request a polished finish at the time of ordering.
Please note that with wear the finish will become worn.
A matt finish will become shiny and a polished finish will dull down.
This can happen quite quickly, especially with jewellery that will get continuous heavy wear like rings and bangles.
Here at Jacks Turner Bristol studio we are happy to refinish your piece of jewellery free of charge, we only ask you to pay for the return signed for postage.
Determining the correct size for an engagement or eternity ring can be a tricky task, especially if the ring is a surprise!
But fear not, Jacks can sometimes hand craft you a mock engagement ring for your proposal or anniversary gift, which can be swapped for the genuine ring after.
If we can’t make a proposal ring then Jacks can resize the ring after, usually free of charge if you are only one size off.
If you are ordering the ring for yourself and you don’t know your size, we can measure your finger here at Jacks Turner studio.
Or we recommend confirming your finger size with a local jeweller wherever possible, as this is the most accurate.

Alterations
We try to provide you with all the information about each piece of jewellery on Jacks Turner’s website.
But sometimes a necklace might need a longer chain. A bracelet needs to be bigger or smaller!
That ring you ordered doesn’t fit.
We will happily, if possible, alter your new piece of jewellery for you to make sure it fits correctly. Alterations may incur a charge, worked out on each individual job.
All our Jewellery designs are handmade in our Bristol workshop. So when you buy a piece of jewellery from our website most items are handmade to order and can take up to 4 weeks.
Bespoke orders 6-8 weeks.
Silver jewellery we usually have some pieces in stock. If not, they can be handmade within 2 weeks, depending on the design.
If we can’t deliver within our usual time frame due to seasonal busy periods. We will try to contact you to inform you of the new delivery date. Or the option to cancel your order if you wish.

Delivery charge on Orders within the UK : Free
All deliveries in the UK are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery, next day insured service.
This guarantees your parcel arrives with you by 1pm the following day, and requires a signature.
Deliveries within Europe we use FedEx fully insured courier service. The delivery time is expected to take between 1-4 days from shipment date. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer : Delivery charge £55
International Delivery we use FedEx fully insured courier service. The delivery time is expected to take 1-5 days from shipment date. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer : Delivery charge £55
Jacks Turner cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs checks in the country of destination.
